Join us for the exciting kick-off bootcamp of the fifth edition of the RISE (Research, Innovation, Science, and Entrepreneurship) modular workshop series, in collaboration with the Falling Walls Foundation's Young Entrepreneurs in Science Initiative. This program is designed for early career researchers looking to enhance their career opportunities and expand their skillsets.
Workshop Overview:
The two-day workshop will start with a welcome note from the RISE organizers, followed by an overview of the engaging sessions planned for the days and weeks ahead. Guided by expert coaches from the Young Entrepreneurs in Science Initiative, you will engage in a dynamic and interactive learning experience. Participation is complimentary, and food and drinks will be provided.

Wednesday, April 2nd: From PhD to Innovator: Shaping Your Career
Learning Objectives:
- Explore alternative career paths beyond academia
- Gain insights into entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship concepts
- Reflect on your own skills and innovation potential
- Network with industry role models and peers
Thursday, April 3rd: Teamwork Essentials and Conflict Navigation
Learning Objectives:
- Master the dynamics of agile and self-organized teams
- Acquire practical skills for conflict resolution within teams
- Interact with a team expert and address your queries
This workshop is an integral part of the RISE series - a joint initiative by Elements4Founding, supported by the Vector Foundation, and QCLUB, funded by the BMBF as part of the QSENS cluster for future, at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI).
