Our Values

We are pleased to announce the definition of our new ENI values, which underscore our commitment to fostering a working culture of excellence.

Our values serve as guiding principles, shaping interactions, decisions, and collaborations within the academic community. With these values, we unite as a team and share a common sense of purpose to achieve common goals.

Our VALUES are:

  • DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

We embrace and appreciate different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, fostering empathy, open-mindedness, innovations, and better research. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, insult, or harassment.

  • CARE & COMPASSION

We treat each other caringly and respectfully. We engage in dialogues and discussions to empathize and understand each other. We ask before judging, we reflect before acting.

  • COLLABORATION & TRUST

We work as a team, with flat hierarchies, and open communication. We share our knowledge, ideas, and constructive feedback with each other. We create, nurture, and sustain an environment of appreciation and trust allowing everyone to say YES and NO.

  • ACCOUNTABILITY & INTEGRITY

We are responsible and accountable for our actions in good and bad times. We act with transparency and honesty in everything we do. We walk the talk, we challenge what we do, we aim to improve, we apply what we preach, and we lead by example.

  • EMPOWERMENT & GROWTH

We empower each other to unfold our individual abilities and help us grow aiming for a positive impact and respecting individuality. We encourage critical thinking and an experimental culture: We celebrate our achievements together and we learn from our mistakes together.

By embracing these values, we can create a community where diversity is celebrated, and individuals are empowered to reach their full potential.

We invite you to join us on this exciting journey towards a brighter future built on respect, collaboration, and integrity.
