What impact would you like to create with your research? By looking at the golden circle framework, this workshop focuses on the WHY behind your work. With a view to the Sustainable Development Goals you will think about the potential areas of impact you can create with your own research.
Young Entrepreneurs in Science is an interactive workshop programme for PhDs and postdocs to help you ignite your entrepreneurial spirit! Together with your peers, you will learn methods and skills to realise your innovative potential.
Admission is free and no previous knowledge is required.

The RISE workshop series was developed as part of the Elements4Founding project at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) to support PhD students and postdocs in their career development.
RISE provides knowledge and skills that are useful for all career paths, and especially if you are considering starting a business or leading a team. Over the course of 2024, the Elements4Founding project will offer various modules covering creativity methods, business model development, pitch training and different ways to expand and strengthen your network in the research and innovation community.
The workshop is organized by the Elements4Founding project and Young Entrepreneurs in Science.
About the project Elements4Founding:
Elements4Founding is a project of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) at the University of Stuttgart. The objective of the project is to develop a holistic, integrated and sustainable approach to sensitize and qualify PhD students and post-docs for the topic of entrepreneurship over the project period between 2022 and 2024. Elements4Founding is funded and supported by the Vector Foundation.
