Irina Singer

Irina Singer completed her degree in Business Psychology at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (HSBI), specializing in Human Resources and Marketing. As part of her studies, she spent two semesters abroad at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France in France and the University of Tartu in Estonia, where she expanded her expertise in Business Administration and Business Transformation.

She completed her degree with an empirical thesis in the field of quantitative social research entitled "An Investigation of the Differences Between Face-to-Face and Online Teaching in Their Effects on Study Motivation and Subjectively Perceived Academic Success Depending on Personality Traits."

During her studies, Irina Singer founded a startup that received awards and attracted public recognition. This entrepreneurial experience sparked her interest in innovative business models and technologies. Following her graduation, she worked for a startup accelerator in Bielefeld and subsequently for two space-related Business Incubation Centres in the area of Stuttgart and Munich.

In addition to her professional activities, Irina Singer has a strong interest in learning new languages and intercultural communication. She speaks German, English, Russian, and French and is interested in the diverse aspects of interpersonal communication.
