Pascal Henninger studied industrial engineering in the bachelor’s program at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. The consecutive master's program was also in industrial engineering at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen-Nuremberg. One semester of the master's program was completed at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. His master's thesis on the use of start-up driven decision-making principles in established companies was subsequently published in the International Journal of Innovation Management.

In addition to his employment as a project manager at MAN Energy Solutions in Augsburg, Pascal Henninger has been an external doctoral candidate at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science at the University of Stuttgart since 2022, focusing on Effectuation and Causation and the corresponding application in established companies.
