We would like to invite PhD students and Postdocs from all disciplines to participate in the Teamwork Essentials Workshop 26 September 2023 from 9:00-11:30. The workshop will take place online via Zoom and is free of charge.
Motivating each other, discussing issues in the right way and overcoming challenges together: finding and developing the right team is not that easy. Nevertheless, teamwork is one of the most important conditions for the future - whether in science or in free enterprise, whether as a researcher or founder, our teammates significantly shape our everyday experiences.
Together with experienced coaches from the Young Entrepreneurs in Science Initiative, the Elements4Founding project of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research (ENI) is hosting an interactive online workshop on September 26th with the goal of shedding light on the most important fundamentals of self-organized and agile team collaboration. Designed exclusively for PhDs and postdocs, we aim to provide participants with guidance on which factors are essential here, how team dynamics shape collaboration - and vice versa.
Goals of the workshop at a glance:
- Introduction to collaboration in teams
- Agility and self-organized teams under VUCA conditions
- Role model Q&A with experts from the field
- Networking with other PhD students and post-docs
Since the number of participants is limited, please register by September 20 via Young Entrepreneurs in Science
The workshop is organized by the Young Entrepreneurs in Science Initiative of the Falling Walls Foundation. It is hosted by the University of Stuttgart, more precisely the Elements4Founding project of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research (ENI), funded by the Vector Foundation, part of the Startup Campus 0711 and YES partner of the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, the Universities of Ulm, Konstanz and Hohenheim.
