1. Please briefly introduce yourself and your current job.
Hi, I'm Franziska Gildein - I'm studying technology management and currently writing my master's thesis. At ENI, I mainly take care of the organization of the Awake program, where students are accompanied over a period of 6 weeks from the startup idea to the final pitch in front of a jury.
2. How did you get involved in entrepreneurship?
I came to the topic of entrepreneurship through my own participation in Awake. The startup spirit of the coaches was so inspiring that I wanted to remain a part of the program and the startup community.
3. What tip would you give to students who are enthusiastic about founding a company, who are currently thinking about founding a company or who have already taken the first steps towards self-employment?
My tip: Get your idea out into the world as early as possible and try to get as much feedback as possible.
