1. Please briefly introduce yourself and your current job.
I am Aziza and I am currently working with my team on YEEP - a support program for motivated and committed entrepreneurial talents in Baden-Württemberg. Our goal is to strengthen young people in their entrepreneurship beyond school and to support them in their entrepreneurial careers.
2. How did you get involved in entrepreneurship?
At our university, we had a course called "Entrepreneurship". This course was incredibly fun and allowed me to better understand and describe the interest I've had since childhood. In the end, it even turned into a job in entrepreneurship education, so you never know what long-held interests are good for.
3. What tip would you give to students who are enthusiastic about founding a company, or who have already taken the first steps towards self-employment?
Be bold! You can learn everything, have much more support from the ecosystem than you think and the chance to really make a difference for yourself and others. And if you get stuck, ask for help, many people will be happy to help you.
