Nachbericht zum Event "Guiding Market Choices in Tech Startup"

Guiding market choices in tech startup is a 2-Day workshop conducted by Institute of Entreprenurship and Innovation(ENI) for the PhD students. The goal of the workshop is to equip participants with the knowledge and abilities needed to recognize, assess, and choose market opportunities for tech-based startup companies. Gained information and skills can be used outside of the startup community. The workshop took place from 29th till 30th July.

On July 29th the first part of the 2-Day workshop was conducted by Marcel Werle and his team. It was attended by 9 PhD students from various universities. Marcel gave a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the program before giving participants a tour of Arena 2036.
The CEO of NAiSE, Kai Przybysz-Herz, gave an overview of the organization, their future plans, and their progress to date, giving the audience a sense of how the company operates.
The remainder of the workshop was conducted as follows:


✓ Ice-breaker (Fun fact game) followed by team building
✓ Introduction to the Market opportunity Navigator- which is designed to
help user master the market opportunity choice, comprising of 3 steps
for discovering and strategizing most valuable market opportunities.
✓ hands-on activity where the participants worked first as a team and
then as a cross team to complete the first step of the process.
✓ Presentation of results by each team
✓ overview of the attractiveness map which is the 2 step in the process


It was incredible to watch the teams in action; the enthusiasm was great. A coach will be assigned to each team who will support them in their next steps. Teams will complete the 3rd part of the process during the 2nd workshop which will take place in the same location in September.
