Jonas Fröhlich holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering and management. He studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), the Imperial College Business School in London and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). His studies focused primarily on innovation management and corporate foresight. During his studies, Jonas worked as a tutor in teaching and gained practical experience at Audi, Siemens and the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems (FOKUS). Before joining the University of Stuttgart, he was a research associate at the Institute for Entrepreneurship, Technology Management and Innovation (EnTechnon) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a visiting scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI).
Since May 2023, Jonas has been a research associate at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research (ENI) at the University of Stuttgart, where he contributes to the Gründermotor project. He is also a doctoral researcher at the Graduate School of Excellence advanced Manufacturing Engineering (GSaME) at the University of Stuttgart. His research focuses on Frugal Innovation.
