Nivedita Agarwal

Dr. Nivedita Agarwal completed her Bachelors in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Science, India. After a 3-year-stint in the consulting industry, she pursued her PhD on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. She finished her PhD in 2015, and continued working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Chair of Information Systems (Innovation and Value creation) at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). In 2018, she assumed the role of an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Technology Management where her research focused on the topics related to responsible innovation, innovation eco-systems and entrepreneurship. During her stint at FAU she extensively worked on third party funded projects from EIT Health and German Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). She is also a recipient of the Scholler research fellowship and Herman Guttmann prize award for her excellence in research.

Currently, she is working as a program manager for research funding projects at Siemens Healthineers.
