Three questions for Ilya Shapiro

1. Please briefly introduce yourself and your current job.

I am Ilya, student of mathematics, working on my bachelor thesis and I have been working at ENI for 6 months. At the institute I coach teams interested in founding or people in the early stages. I am also working on the design for the new Freiraum.

2. How did you get involved in entrepreneurship?

I found BBP through Campus, participated, was invited to T3, participated, and the rest is history.

3. What tip would you give to students who are enthusiastic about founding a company, who are currently thinking about founding a company or who have already taken the first steps towards self-employment?

Look for like-minded people and people who have already walked the path (e.g. via ENI). You will be surprised when you see how helpful people in this sector are.
