Entrepreneurship is not something you can learn, all you need is the motivation to make a difference. To do this, above all, you need to acquire the ability to learn faster than others. One of the fastest ways is to have the courage to ask the best experts directly. The Entrepreneurship Lecture Series of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science at the University of Stuttgart has brought together exactly these experts from the startup ecosystem around the University of Stuttgart for more than 80 participants in a lecture series.
In addition to numerous contents from the idea to marketing to investment and scaling, but also about failures, more than 45 Speaker:innen shared their knowledge with the participants in the lecture. The students had the opportunity to network with alumni founders from all 10 faculties of the University of Stuttgart, to get to know support offers from the start-up ecosystem of Stuttgart and Baden Württemberg, and also to discuss directly with experienced minds from the industry and investor scene.
The grand finale was the Makers of Tomorrows lecture on scaling, also hosted by the institute and initiated by the Federal Chancellery.
For the 80 interested students from all courses of study, from art history to business administration to aerospace engineering, this lecture series was again a great chance to get to know the entire Startup LifeCycle in Stuttgart and to network with great personalities.
We would like to thank all speakers and participants for the great semester and are already looking forward to the next lecture series in the coming winter semester.
