This team event was all about tackling diversity, equity, and inclusion through a team hiking rally with a series of puzzles and riddles – which were hidden at three locations:
Our first stop, the Bärenschlössle, symbolized the diversity of nature and reminded us that diversity is essential for resilience and growth.
Nest, we visited the Monte Scherbelino, which reminded us that our past should not repeat itself and that each of us plays a vital role in achieving equity today.
Finally, we visited a local guesthouse where we ended the day together over food and drink to promote our team spirit and a more inclusive (working) environment.
