The Golden Circle was developed by Simon Sinek to increase motivation and therefore willingness to work. It involves asking three questions that follow the circle from the inside out. It starts with the most important question, "Why? The answer should reflect your own conviction, motivation or inspiration for a project. People often do not consider their own motivation to be important for projects, although it is of central importance for their personal (working) attitude. The How? and What? only build on this.
