Martin Schwarz graduated from the University of Bayreuth in Business Administration with a focus on innovation and technology management as well as organization and strategic management. He received his Master's degree from Steinbeis University Berlin in International Management with a focus on technology and innovation management. During his studies, he worked on projects at the Fraunhofer Institute IPA in the area of technology roadmapping and completed internships at several global companies in the areas of strategy, innovation and technology management. In addition, Martin Schwarz gained experience in the Digital Business Services segment as a senior consultant in a Big 4 consulting firm. He has been an external doctoral student at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research at the University of Stuttgart since 2021 and a research associate for Transfer, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Neu-Ulm University. His research is mainly on the topic of Meaningful Work in Entrepreneurship.
