Sophia Hess completed her Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management at the dual University of Applied Sciences Stuttgart and her Master's degree in Management at the University of Hohenheim. During her studies and beyond, she was able to gain practical experience in software development, logistics and the automotive industry. Since September 2021, Sophia Hess has been working in the Gründermotor project at the University of Stuttgart and her research focuses on entrepreneurial ecosystems.
