DESCRIPTION:Your research-based inventions and innovations are essentially intellectual property, which could be transfered into science-based startups! Founding a startup bears many opportunities, but also risks: Concerning your product, team and prospective company. In this module you will learn more about Intellectual Property and the legal status, e.g., how to see if my idea is really original? - how to legally found a company from an innovative idea? For this special topic we have invited an expert that will help you get an overview on legal matters: Carl Clarenbach, Dipl.-Ing. LL.M. and European Patent Attorney, will join us as a special guest.
