Together with experts from the Transfer Center (TRACES), you'll gain the tools needed to create customer-focused business strategies.\nWorkshop Focus:\n\nEmphasizing customer-centric approaches in business model development\nExploring how to align your technology transfer or startup goals with customer needs\nLearning about value creation through various business model patterns using the St. Gallen Business Model Navigator\n\nObjectives:\n\nAcquire knowledge on developing and adapting business models\nUnderstand customer value: What is the value of your idea to potential customers?\nGain insights into funding opportunities to support the implementation of your ideas\n\nThis workshop is an integral part of the RISE series - a joint initiative by Elements4Founding, supported by the Vector Foundation, and QCLUB, funded by the BMBF as part of the QSENS cluster for future, at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI).
