SUMMARY:RISE IV: Design Thinking (M3)
DESCRIPTION:On October 23, we will meet at the ARENA2036 research campus to get to know a new method that thinks outside the box: In this module, you will receive hands-on training in the Design Thinking method. Design thinking is an iterative process that helps you to understand a problem or challenge from the user's perspective. By questioning and understanding users' experiences, you build empathy for them, develop solutions with the help of various creativity techniques and build an initial prototype. You will go through the entire design thinking process together in groups. We are hosting this workshop together with our colleagues from the Design Factory Stuttgart.\nWhat you can expect:\n\nMethod training through participation in a practical Design Thinking Challenge - led by experts\nGet to know creativity methods for ideation\nDeepen your understanding of the importance of user-centricity and empathy\nLearn more about problem-solution fit and how you can apply it to tackle everyday (work) tasks\n\nFor your participation in this workshop you will receive 0.25 LP via the Graduate Academy (GRADUS) after the end of the workshop series RISE IV. \nPlease register in advance by e-mail if you would like to participate: e4f@eni.uni-stuttgart.de\n \nAbout us:\nElements4Founding is a project of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) at the University of Stuttgart. The aim of the project is to develop a holistic, sustainable approach to sensitize and qualify PhD students and post-docs for the topic of entrepreneurship over the project period between 2022 and 2025.
