SUMMARY:Roadmaps for Product Management in Early-stage Businesses (RISE)
DESCRIPTION:Taking an idea from research through development and into the market can be a daunting process, especially in the early stages of innovation. For this module, we have invited an experienced expert in product management to provide insights and guidance on breaking down the necessary steps in product management. You will have the opportunity to work on your own ideas and develop inspiration for a practical roadmap.\nWorkshop Focus:\n\nDeveloping concrete project plans and processes in product management\nUnderstanding how to prioritize tasks and determine the right timing for each step\nLearning how to make initial successes visible and measurable\n\nGoals:\n\nLearn to prioritize tasks within your product management work\nGain insights into the distribution of and responsibilities in product management\nUnderstand the key metrics for a successful start in product management\n\nThis workshop is an integral part of the RISE series - a joint initiative by Elements4Founding, supported by the Vector Foundation, and QCLUB, funded by the BMBF as part of the QSENS cluster for future, at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI). We warmly invite PhD students and Postdocs from all disciplines to participate.
