Nadja Werner

Nadja Werner studied Educational Science with a focus on Adult Education at the University of Education Freiburg. She subsequently completed a master’s degree in Educational Science with a focus on Organizational Development at Heidelberg University. During her studies, she gained experience in human resource and organizational development as well as in academic continuing education.

At Enpulse, a subsidiary of EnBW, she initially worked in HR & Organizational Development and later as a Talent Acquisition Expert. In this role, she supported recruiting and matching processes for newly founded startups, developed competency and personality assessments, facilitated workshops with founders, and established a female founders network.
