Nathalie studied International Business Administration at Heilbronn University. After graduating, she spent two and a half years leading a kindergarten group, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in team leadership, organization, and management. To deepen these practical insights with theoretical knowledge, she decided to pursue a master’s degree in Management at the University of Hohenheim. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in entrepreneurial competencies and organizational behavior—topics that would go on to shape her professional path.
While completing her master’s, Nathalie gained experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Acquisition before joining the University of Stuttgart as a Research Associate. With her strong organizational skills and a combination of practical experience and academic knowledge, she is now deeply committed to advancing entrepreneurship education and fostering holistic talent development in Baden-Württemberg.
