The topic of the workshop was to identify which mission the team is pursuing and which competencies are needed for this. The teams should find out which strengths they already combine and which strengths they still need in addition to being successful. For this, the teams received input from Marcel Werle and had time to fill out the "Team Grid". This was followed by a short introduction of each team. Further input was given on the roles and responsibilities within the team, as well as tips on how the teams can organize themselves. The aim of the workshop was for the teams to realize which competencies they need to realize their idea and which they attribute to themselves. The teams should determine which member takes on which role and responsibility.
