The aim of the event was to encourage participants to think about the "why" of their research, especially in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals.
During the two-and-a-half-hour workshop, trainers from the Falling Walls Foundation's Young Entrepreneurs in Science initiative led the discussions. The event attracted 24 participants who had the opportunity to share their ideas and network with like-minded people.
During the workshop, Rubina Zern-Breuer, Head of the Transfer Center at the University of Stuttgart, presented selected offers of support for the target group aimed at putting research approaches into practice.
This YES workshop took place as part of the RISE IV (Research, Innovation, Science, and Entrepreneurship) workshop series.
The RISE workshop series was developed as part of the Elements4Founding project at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) to support PhD students and postdocs in their career development.
