The University of Stuttgart is a partner university of the project "Makers of Tomorrow" and we at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research are very happy to be part of it. The project was launched by the Federal Chancellery under the patronage of Chancellor Angela Merkel and aims to encourage students to start their own business. The online course has been available free of charge since 01.11.2021.
The course itself consists of a total of 10 modules with 10 start-up stories from prominent founders in Germany and Silicon Valley. In addition to exclusive insights into the ups and downs of being a founder, there are also short assignments in the modules to get a first impression of the actual "doing".
The course is open to all majors, all degrees, and all semesters of study! Absolutely no prior knowledge is required - a healthy curiosity is completely sufficient!
Those who complete all 10 modules including assignments will receive a certificate as well as exclusive access to an online community of MoT Alumni, where there will be access to further networking and events.
Access to the course is available via kurs.maker-of-tomorrow.de with our university access code.
Please note: The registration deadline for the winter semester 2021/22 is 12/31/2021, but the course will be available for you until 02/28/2022.
In addition, there will be a Germany-wide, inter-university lecture series as part of the project, in which founders will report live from their everyday lives. All dates are available here: www.makers-of-tomorrow.de/ringvorlesung.
