Our recent article highlights that advancing sustainable innovation requires not only formal organizational structures but also behavioural approaches, capability building, and decision environments. Our findings thus point to a broader academic and managerial challenge: treating sustainable innovation not as an add-on but as a core question of organizational design and transformation.
