The public lecture offered a technology-centered perspective on the importance of further considering how the technology characteristics and the individual motivations of the entrepreneur can be crucial elements in the process of uncovering valuable applications with societal impact. The attendees could learn about recent research insights on this topic and get a closer look to how the team at ENI is advancing in several of the promising research questions.
After the lecture, the conversation continued with valuable exchanges between industry partners of ENI, visiting academic colleagues, academic staff of ENI, and University of Stuttgart students.
We are very thankful to the habilitation committee members that have made this process possible and to the support of Prof. Brem as director of ENI.
