A Clear Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

Her appointment underscores the commitment of the faculty and the ENI to creating an inclusive and diverse environment. As the Head of Diversity and Organizational Development at ENI, Brigitte Schönberger brings a lot of experience and expertise to her new role. In this capacity, she is expanding the research focus on "Unboxing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in Creativity and Innovation Processes" and has already introduced concrete DEI measures at ENI. These initiatives include annual DEI awareness workshops and the "Knock'n-Talk" program, which provides a confidential space for all ENI employees to discuss experiences with discrimination. In her new role, Brigitte Schönberger will continue these efforts and advocate for a low-discrimination study and work environment for both students and staff.

Deputy Leadership

She will be supported by Kim Méliani from the Institute of Educational Science (IfE, BWT). Méliani has been elected as the Deputy Diversity Officer and Gender Equality Officer. Together, they will work to promote a more equitable and open environment within Faculty 10.
