Good meetings and workshops have a clear beginning and a clear end. With check-ins, the participants can be picked up, for example by answering a simple common question, briefly telling something or ranking themselves on a scale. It is usually a harmless, positive topic.
The same applies to the check-out. The focus is on the future or the participants are asked about what they have learned from the meeting.
Check-in examples: How, with what feeling, are you here now? Which excursion inspired you? Which ice cream was particularly tasty in summer? What was a good event that you experienced at Christmas? - The check-in generator offers further examples. You can find this and more information on the Agility Lab website.
