Objectives and Key Results (OKR) offer an agile framework with simple basic rules, interactive cycles and clear values. It is used for projects, plans and areas in which iterative work is carried out.
Qualitative objectives and quantitative key results are derived from the organization's strategy, vision and mission and defined jointly. OKR becomes an agile framework through an iterative approach. An OKR cycle lasts three to four months. There are regular check-ins within the cycle to document progress.
