To kick off the year of celebrations, the first of five internal events took place today – a Potluck Lunch filled with international flavors and warm community spirit.
All ENI members were invited to bring along a favorite dish – homemade or store-bought – resulting in a diverse and delicious spread. From carrot pudding, to various versions of the classic pasta salad, and even freshly baked focaccia, the lunch was a delightful taste of the diversity that defines ENI.
A wonderful start to our anniversary festivities – we’re looking forward to what’s next!
