Know-how on Business Models, Value, and Funding
In the fifth module of RISE IV, we meet at ARENA2036. On the way to your technology transfer or spin-off, you need to design and reshape your business model to meet the needs of your customers. To give you an initial insight into how to do this strategically, we have designed this workshop for you. In this workshop, you will learn about value creation through different business model patterns and receive a practical exercise based on the St. Gallen Business Model Navigator. Together with the coaches from the TRACES transfer center, we will guide you on the journey of aligning your idea with the concept of customer value creation and give you first insights into funding opportunities to get support in implementing your idea.
Objectives and guiding questions:
- Gain knowledge about the development of a business model
- Customer value: What is the value of my idea for potential customers?
- Funding: How do I find the right support for my spin-off?
For your participation in this workshop you will receive 0.25 LP via the Graduate Academy (GRADUS) after the end of the workshop series RISE IV.
