On October 29, the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI), together with TTI Technologie-Transfer-Initiative GmbH, the University of Stuttgart's transfer center TRACES, NXTGN, and an exciting startup, invites you to an inspiring afternoon on the topic of founding a company at the University of Stuttgart.
At Café frei[raum] on the Vaihingen Campus, everything revolves around the question: How does a startup actually come about at the University of Stuttgart?
Participants will gain insights into the support services offered by the university, get to know the key players in Stuttgart's start-up ecosystem, and hear first-hand how an idea can become a successful business. As a highlight, Michael Ilewicz, co-founder of Ecalia, will be there to talk about his experiences with the start-up process of the Stuttgart-based start-up, which is developing innovative compressor-expander technology.
We cordially invite students, doctoral candidates, researchers, or anyone interested in starting a business to come by, ask questions, and network. No prior knowledge or business idea is necessary—curiosity is enough!
Snacks and drinks will be provided to ensure a relaxed atmosphere.
📅 When: Tuesday, October 29, 2025, starting at 4:00 p.m.
📍 Where: Café frei[raum], Vaihingen Campus, University of Stuttgart (Pfaffenwaldring 45)
💡 No registration required – just drop by!
